Until shipping is addressed you will most likely not get an undamaged product.
Received the hat shipped in a plastic bag, not even in a box. Hat was crushed and not useable. Was given a refund and told not to worry about sending it back. It's a shame it would have been exactly what I was looking for but it wasn't worth ordering again if its was going to be shipped from China the same way.
