Will it accommodate a pistol mounted light?

I am not sure. I think if it would fit it would be a tight fit but I am not really sure. When I purchased my bag I did not know what to expect. Worst case, I would have sent it back if it was not a good fit at the time. I did purchase a case before that one and sent it back. I will say that it nicely built to accommodate your needs. Hope that helps
