Q: Hi my son is 5’4. weighs 135-140. he says he wears an a1 in another brand. your sizing seems a but different. would you recommend ao?

Cole here from Gold BJJ - he's right on the border of our A0 and A1. If he's growing quickly I might go with an A1 and let him grow into it. Otherwise an A0 should fit him well now. Let me know if I can help with anything else 🤙🏻

The size charts are usually accurate, it looks like the A1 would be the answer for you
