The taste is phenomenal and can't beat the size of the bottle, which may I add is tiny but still have 30 days of vitamins inside of it. I have long had a deficiency of B12 and this beats the drops and other tablets that dissolve in your mouth. Great product.

In spite of taking the Vit B12 Spray for 8 days, I can certainly say that I have not gotten that extra boost. In fact, on at least one occasion I have fallen asleep shortly after my sprays. True that, the taste is pretty good, do I guess maybe i should take the sprays for at least a month, maybe. what a rip!

I’ve never liked the taste of vitamins but this B12 peppermint tastes amazing and is so convenience and easy. I pop it in my carry-on bag for trips, have one in the car & gym bag, and keep a few around the house. Great product! It’s the perfect morning boost!

Wanted this tense if could give energy boost without the crash. It does somewhat help but nothing too super.The flavor is 'ok' not bad but not good either. Has a lingering after taste to be honest.Also the amount you get seems to burn up quite fast, so not a heavy use instrument.The actual boost is relatively mild but at least doesnt have a crash to it.All in all not bad for the value.

This small spray container of vitamin b is a quick, easy and fast acting way to give an energy boost especially later in the afternoon after a long day.I also do a lot of mountain biking, and it's very convenient to do some quick sprays and get that little extra big of energy I need to start a ride.A single dose is considered 8 sprays, which ends up coming out at about a 30 day supply. From a budget standpoint it's a pretty good deal, although this is my first time using a spray type vitamin so I don't have a comparison to make to this price wise.It also tastes quite good which is a nice plus!

Vitamin B is usually absorbed under the tongue. This is my first use of a spray. This contains a one month supply. Eight squirts is one serving. It has peppermint flavor and Stevia added so it is a sweet peppermint taste. It is very easy to use and pleasant to taste and use. I prefer this to the tablet dissolving under the tongue method.
