Nothing sticks but in tiny writing on packaging it say you mustn't use spray on one calory oils as it will make everything stick. Not sure how long the surface will last?

I was a bit sceptical as i've always used Le Creuset, however need an additional pan and this was recommended. Great quality and cooks perfectly, would definitely recommend.

Ninja Foodi ZEROSTICK Vivid 20cm Frying Pan Great pan where nothing seems to stick, which is the reason I bought it. This was to replace another make of non stick pan where everything stuck. One thing I should mention is that it must have a narrower bottom than it’s predecessor as it wobbles and is a bit unsteady on my gas cooker until I put a lid on it (not suppled). That is my only criticism.

Nothing to dislike. No need to use the highest heat except perhaps the first minute, to get it going, and then turn down. No sticks, not much oil needed. Have cooked omelette, chicken and curry so far. Just a little warm soapy water and it's clean as a pin. Why have I messed about with cheap pans in the past, I wonder. You get what was paid for in this pan.

First time I've actually genuinely fried an egg without oil. Read the usage and care instructions and it does exactly what it says on the tin. Warm water, soap and a cloth and its like new. Highly recommended. ++++

Heavy pan takes for ever to reach temperature. Slightly bevelled so oil runs to the edges. Handle is to small and thin and completely out of proportion in relation to the size of the pan.

Excellent - but do not over-heat it as it doesn't like it. Nor have we needed to put it in a dishwasher. Dishwasher tables contain abrasives which most likely will damage the surface.
