Khandsari sugar is healthy alternative since it does not have so much refining like that of white sugar. So it contains trace minerals. It also has low glycemic index and therefore doesn't spike the glucose levels. The glycemic load is distributed for a few hours so that the energy is maintained for those hours. But still "DIABETIC PERSON SHOULD CONSUME THIS IN MODERATION" It's not a free pass to sugar. It does provide calories and increases blood sugar levels (just less than jaggery and white sugar). It's a good product. Taste is so good.

Good quality unrefined sugar.

I don’t understand why this sure changed from a nice sized granulated sugar with a rich brown color that was perfect when I used to order it to now a light brown/tan color that is dried out and packs down to be so compact I have to use a knife to chisel out a spoonful of sugar😟. See the difference in the picture. The one on the left is what used to come and the one on the right is what has come for the last few orders - the one that comes now is like a sack of concrete texture wise. Supposedly the same sugar according to my buy again option. What happened??? Disappointed. I spent a long time finding an authentic raw sugar processed without chemicals and dyes. I thought this was “the ONE” now I don’t know what is happening. Be cautious

Its not good quality for sure this time And surely adulterated by mixing of white sugar in it Or its purely a white sugar with brown color, molasses or jaggery. Kindly stop marketing it as Raw sugar or khandari Why false marketing it as Raw sugar and selling it at 4x the rate of white sugar. Seems to its not unrefined and not unbleached I am highly disappointed by such a quality degrade , and false marketing and looting people by saying its raw and pure. Its a pure cheating on people trust. Have not expected this from conscious foods
