Carnation Breakfast Essentials High Protein Nutritional Drink with Fiber

Lots of vitamins and minerals, fiber, good taste. Blend with frozen fruit, maybe throw in some ginger, cinnamon, etc. even some left over coffee.

We really love these! They make you feel full. The ingredients list is awesome. The taste is great, almost exactly like yummy chocolate milk. And it’s long lasting shelf stable. Shipping didn’t affect the texture at all. We DO shake it, but it’s not settled, it’s great quality!

Size is perfect and flavor is good. A bit too sweet for my needs and taste but having it twice a week won't hurt my diet. I have gastro sleeve and removal off my gallbladder and having to eat 6 small meals is not easy but this product is very convenient and saves me a trip to a salad bar or smoothie shop. I drink it while commuting and I feel good and satisfied. No bloating or discomfort after an hour of drinking it like it happens after drinking another protein drink. Again a bit too high in the sugar content but it is a good small meal replacement in my case.

The downside for this is the fact that it is a bit pricey with this right here my daughter likes, and I love the nutrients. It is a great liquid breakfast, a great grab and go on school days. Total sugars is 12g, 12 g of added sugar.. 24% of total daily value. (Now that is a bit much actually. Especially, your diabetic! Thankfully she's not.. but still, that is a bit much. --- at least from my opinion and I don't really know much about this kind of stuff. Lol! -- all I have to say about that is at least you're getting all those nutrients so, it doesn't matter when it comes to 24% of DV sugar, at least in my opinion because she's getting all those nutrients! It is a really good trade-off! 😊) **If I'm not mistaken my daughter said that, the flavor was really strong at the bottom.. so it didn't mix well? I believe she said that. ☺️ Anyways, I wish it was cheaper but I will try to start buying it for her. This would be a really good item if you're really kind of start eating healthier and trying to supplement your nutrients. (*Especially when they say that it's best for you to consume your nutrients instead of taking pills.)

They taste pretty good n r good as meal replacement, if u don’t eat breakfast. It’s not really thick but not watery either. Kinda like chocolate milk but little thicker

These are a good value and the ingredients are just fine. Lots of good stuff, but they give you gas. Beware.
