Waste of money...you can use fourth or fifth day ..it's not for first three days ..i used second day .. along with normal pads .even though I got stain in my dress..

Perfect period panties, affordable too
This period panty is one of my favourite period products! I ordered my usual size and it fit me like a glove.. The cotton spandex kind of fabric is really comfortable and feels like skin!! I especially like the padding which runs from the front all the way to the back up to the waistband (great for back sleepers like me).. No leakage or rashes.. Overall, quite satisfied and highly recommended 👍
