The competition's product, "Synapse", did not reduce the intensity of my tinnitus by any degree even after 90 days of use, I noticed a reduction of the ringing after the first 30 days of using Silencil and it continually improved over a 90 day period. I can now tolerate my tinnitus even after I've listened to some old classic rock CD's at high volumes. As long as I listen to that music at the volume inentsity of that era, I believe my tinnitus will never completely go away. It is bearable now and I can continue to enjoy my music.
