I was disappointed in the packaging on my first order of Splendide laundry powder.  Customer service took my review very seriously. They were polite and seemed truly concerned about the problem.  I've just received my second box of detergent and am glad to say the packaging is sturdier with no powder leaking out the box.  I am pleased with the product itself. It is low sudsing as required by my RV washer and the clothes are clean and fresh smelling.  I will purchase this product again.

    Poor packaging

Soap powder leaking everywhere.  Inside bag was upside down and was not secured tightly with tape.  Bag had tiny holes in it causing more leakage.  Love the detergent but very dissatisfied with the packaging - quite a mess!
