HORI Screen Protective Filter (OLED Model) - Officially Licensed - Nintendo Switch

My order came in as expected! It’s just a screen protector for the Switch OLED, but it looks nice I’d say and doesn’t feel flimsy or weak. I say it’s worth.

I like that the screen protector is durable and not so cheaply made. Good for amount of money paid, did have a little trouble with bubble getting removed but nothing to bad.

It looks great! They include a microfiber cloth but they don't include a dust absorbing sticker. Which is okay because you can use any sort of regular tape but especially for only receiving one screen protector you're gonna wanna make sure you apply it perfectly. Removing all the dust and particles from the screen is tough to do with just the microfiber cloth because the cloth just drags particles around. And they'll collect on the cloth too so it's just difficult to get it perfect but it's possible. Regardless, it's a screen protector. Application is extremely easy and self explanatory and you should be just fine. Common sense says be careful while applying. I seen a review where someone said the piece of cardboard they provided to squeeze out air bubbles broke their switch screen lmao but that's user error. They broke their own screen, the inaminate piece of cardboard has no ability to crack a screen on its own. If you have any common sense, you can apply this easily. It looks great, you can hardly even tell that you have a screen protector on your switch which I love. Super lightweight protection. If you're only worried about scratches on your screen then this is the way to go. I got mine on with zero particles stuck under the screen but it took lifting it up once after application to remove a few particles that I seen. Stuck back down nicely afterwards. Place it down and swipe your finger across once. It's easy. Looks great and it's cheap. I love the film protectors over the glass ones. Rating 4 stars because how much better can it get, only thing they could have done better is to include a dust absorbing sticker with the packaging to ensure that the consumer has the tools they need to apply this thing perfectly. That's not a problem with the product though, it's only a potential inconvenience with the packaging.

Watched Hori Screen Protector OLED video on YouTube a few times. Applied on brand new Switch. Used the wipe. No air pockets or lint on Screen. Everything went perfectly.

Idk what others are talking about, but it fits perfectly on my OLED. It comes with a little wipe to remove debris first and a little piece of cardboard to remove air bubbles after if you messed up on it like i did 🤣. Also comes with qr code to visit the website for a tutorial on how to put it on. And i did it with my dog next to me who is shedding fur🤣

Protect the screen well nice to have. Just in case you scratch your screen

The product first doesn’t come with proper cleaning materials. It’s one dry rag that will leave drag marks. I had to use a other materials on hand to get the surface of the switch clean. Secondly the tutorial video is for a different cover and the instructions are hard to understand for English speakers. Lastly it was so hard to place it on the switch itself cause it’s like full coverage and I was off two millimeters and their was a bubble on the one corner. Tried to readjust it and I accidentally put a crease in it. Unusable and rebuying from a different brand with a placement guide. Don’t buy if you struggle with placing screen protectors. Also the “ squeegee” is a folded thin piece of cardboard lol

The protector itself is exactly what you want for the Switch OLED — once applied properly it's essentially invisible, doesn't affect the display clarity or touch response, and feels like it belongs on the device. For an OLED screen that you're actively trying to protect from scratches, having something this unobtrusive is the point. Full disclosure: I didn't get it right on the first try. Dust got under it and the alignment was off — entirely my fault, these things require patience and a clean environment. What happened next is why this gets five stars: I reached out and they sent me a second one free of charge, no questions asked. Didn't have to argue, didn't have to jump through hoops. Just sorted it. The combination of a genuinely good product and a company that stands behind it without making you feel like a nuisance is rarer than it should be. Most screen protector brands would've told me to buy another one. Hori didn't. If you're protecting a Switch OLED, this is the one to get. Take your time with the application, work in a dust-free space, and you'll be fine first try.

This product was super easy to apply to on my new Switch OLED. I’m glad this product exists and did the job perfectly well. I personally, do not refer glass protectors as they are a bit more chunky. This one is nice and slim. In the package it provided a fabric to wipe your screen with, though for me I don’t think it did much. I had my own fabric. As well as there was no sticker to collect potential particles and ect. to take of the screen so you may need to get that for yourself as I did. But apart from that, the illustrations are pretty clear. Though I’m a very visual learner I looked up a video on the HORI YouTube channel and watching that helped HEAPS. Very good product, I do recommend it.
