Q: My husband works in an office and is having problems with hemorrhoids and leg pain at night. Is this the right cushion for him? He weighs 200 pounds and is 6 2 tall.

I have to say this seat cushion has helped me a ton. I have two discs protrusions and it does relieve the pressure on my spine. I can't say for sure from a size prospective....I'm 5'5" and weigh about 117 lbs.....I say its worth a shot!

No, it will probably help a little bit - it may take a few minutes longer for the numbness to set in, but this is not a good solution for pressure relief. I have a similar issue, but not as severe. At the moment I do not own a better solution, so I continue to use this cushion, but my thighs still go numb. Possibly a gel cushion might help you. Also check into cushions used for wheelchairs and rehab.

Q: I want a cushion that will pick my knees up and my butt down. I constantly feel like I am going to slide forward out of my chair. suggestions?

I purchased this pillow following back surgery.O found that it is comfortable to sit on,in a car.But I never could use it on a soft cushioned chair,or couch.I walked around the house,trying it on every chair,and I found that if I took the cushion,out of a hard,wooden seated chair,that I could use this cushion.This is a perfect example of why something that is supposed to be good for body alignment,is not comfortable for everyone.

Feels firm although it is the medium one - but certainly doesn't feel like a rock (incidentally, the firm one does indeed feel like a rock). Had this cushion literally for years; use it everyday, all day. Never gets soft and never loses its shape. I use it in the car, and always take it when flying as seats in planes tend to be very wonky! Never had a moment's trouble with this cushion - it will last longer than I will!!!!!!!!! And it has saved my back!
