Q: Can I use this for making my fursuit head?

Yes you can! Charcoal foam is more dense then appolstry foam but I've been told by a fellow fursuit maker that charcoal foam is great if you are looking to make a stiff but smooth head.

Q: What is the density of this foam?

If I were to hazard I guess I'd say it's about a 28 lb density. I used to manufacture foam so I think I'm pretty close
