Broken and empty bottles
This package was destroyed. Only got 3 of the 5 items that were supposed to be inside and one bottle was empty. They were all opened and used the packaging was broken and damaged. Disgusting

Spilled and one bottle was empty
The media could not be loaded. My box came in completely soaked and destroyed. The slumber linen mist and sleep oil spilled all over. Waste of money

Damaged box/ broken cap
Items arrived in open damaged box . One of the essential oil cap is broken. Upon inspecting products I noticed they had been previously opened or used . Will be returning these.

Very disappointed
I’m upset because these products look used. The box is all kinds of torn up and there’s obvious residue on the boxes from it leaking. These don’t look brand new. My kids are fighting a cold and I was looking forward to helping their symptoms with these products but now I get to return these and find something else while waiting for shipping.

The bottles leaked so bad that the box was soaked and got onto other items I ordered that were in the same box.
