**Q: How do we know if it's bpa free since there is nowhere on amazon that says it is? proof?**
A: The little number inside the triangle on the bottom tells what kind of plastic the cup is made of.  My one ounce plastic cups have a 5 which stands for Polypropylene.  Polypropylene does not contain bisphenol A, commonly called bpa.  Numbers 1, 2, 4, 5 or 6 means you can comfortably assumer the item is bpa free.
