Rubbish
This is rubbish and not worth it at all, if I’m honest I don’t even really get how you’re supposed to use it and it just wound me up but that then gave me a boost of energy to just tie them up regularly so I didn’t even need them in the end. A true story of empowerment and inner power I didn’t know I had. But yeah they’re rubbish.
