I used this every night before I go to bed on both knees for 20 minutes since it shuts off automatically at that time. Good to have this timer since it is always possible to overcook my knees. So far I think it is improving the pain level of both knees. I have talked to my orthopedic doctor about this but they do not know much about it so far, but she at least gave me the green light to use it. As it tells you, it takes time to see any significant results so I will follow this comment up in a couple of months to report how it is working at that time, but it looks promising so far.

I have many different DGYAO devices and love that I can swap using one controller and set of cables. I've got RLT knee wraps from a few different brands and, while I love the modular part, I was disappointed there was no claps to thread the straps on each end (like all the others do) which you need to help tighten the wrap for a good fit. It's doable and you get used to it but that's missing a logical ease of use for a wrap that fits a joint and the wrap itself is a little shorter and so, combined with that lack of wrap tightening, doesn't fit as snuggly as its USB competitor. Still, I am thankful to treat both at a time with the controller set up. I am treating a degenerative process with atrophy and wasting.

My friend has been using a similar light pre and post knee surgery and swore to its effectiveness. My husband thought my friend was a exaggerating but he purchased it anyway. We both use this regularly. We were skeptical of purchasing this but it does work!Hubby uses it for his bad knees and says it helps immensely.I had a bad fall last year and put my hands out to stop the fall and ended up with bruises that extended from my palms to my wrists. The pain was intense and the healing took months. I still have pain if I do a lot of labor such as wood chopping but this calms the pain.Its nice to strap it on and let it do its magic while I relax and read.Yes, its one of our Top Purchases of 2023!

I only use it when I need to but it well built and seems to help with continued use.

I've seen some doctors on YouTube discussing red light therapy and while I'm skeptical I certainly will trust their opinion & scientific data above my own doubts.I haven't noticed any improvements and I suppose that's not uncommon as these light waves are working at a microscopic level.Been using it for 10-15 minutes a day on each knee and will continue for the time being.Maybe I'll become a true believer, I'll update this when I get bored of using it or if I suddenly become a devout user.Fits great on my knees and doesn't itch or anything, I've been having joint issues on my knees for years and I pray this will help ease the constant pain.It's pretty neat and anytime I mention it to my friends or family they have positive things to say about red light therapy, such as their massage therapist recommendeds them & uses them on their patients.
