Material quality is good. I ordered a size up and glad I did. As stated, it runs small. However, it's a cute cardigan and I really like it. It has tiny pockets on either side and (length wise) hangs between my hips and waist. I'm tall so the arm length is just a little short but not enough to return it. Happy with my purchase.
