Wore them underneath my wedding dress, it did its job, but feel like the rods could be longer as felt It left a pouch

I'm normally either a 16 or 18 depending on the store as different sizes fit. I went for the 4XL as listed in the size chart and it fitted fine and pulled in the mummy tummy. Any smaller and it would be uncomfortable to breathe and any larger would be no point.

Shapewear garment is ok but has not as much tummy support as I would have liked. The leg length of the shapewear is rather long could not wear with a shorter dress. I think they come up a bit large .

I couldn't fit into these as a size 18, I've dropped a dress size and can squeeze in as a size 16 now. They will be comfortable once I've lost a bit more weight and they do flatten out your tummy.Can see the seam around the thigh through lighter fabrics and if they are a little too tight. Okay with thick jeans,you may want to size up with these.They come up High on the stomach to almost under the bust but sit lower on the back. This may be a plus in a low back dress/top but can cause a fat bulge on your back.

Could not get it over my bum dispite following the size guide still good quality material but can't use if don't fit

I can't work these out. I'm a UK size 14 which are l-xl with these but they were to big. So I ordered the medium and they were to big. Then I ordered the last size which is xs-s and they were just a little bit to small. I followed the size guide but it didn't do any good 🤨. I 100% know my size. Maybe just a plain and simple small would do the trick but there is no option for those 🤷‍♀️. So unfortunately I'll have to return them all 😏
