It's a good product. Initially I was in dilemma on how to share my personalized picture but the company is so supportive and they started chatting through WA. It was easy to upload pic there. Then, they shared images and were ready to change on msg & pic. Once I approved, they dispatched. I appreciate the process. On pricing, it looks costly but such items should not be compared with metal cost of market. It is made to gift to someone who is really special for you. Thanks.

It is good personalized gift item to guest during marriages. Expensive and almost double the current silver prices, but understand due to personalization it is costing more. Liked it and ordered multiple designs from them and they responded quickly on WhatsApp for design and shipped on time.
