Adorable!
Adorable! Nice way to remember some of our history and honor those before us. Kids LOVE dressing up as people they admire.

Great costume- NOT RACIST
I got this for my 4 year old who was doing a thanksgiving special at his daycare. Anyone who thinks it’s “racist” to dress up as a particular culture is completely off base. If anything, it should be considered AN HONOR that someone would want to memorialize your culture and bring a positive, educational and fun light to it. As a “Cuban-American”, I’d be flattered if a child wanted to dress in Cuban National clothes. There is no difference between this and dressing in old German or danish clothes or even pilgrim clothes. Painting one’s face “black” is a far cry from wearing CLOTHES in honor of a culture. This is not about skin color in any event.

Racist?!
I only put stars in order to respond to the comment about this being racist. I have not purchased it so can't speak to the quality. But of all the boys' Native American costumes, I liked this best. Racist?! I am looking for my grandson. I want to make his first overnight stay at my house fun. I thought to get a teepee and costume. I guess I could get a little log house and cowboy hat. I have always been interested in Native American history and as a kid could honor that at Halloween just as I could be a geisha, or mexican with a sombrero, or wear the leiderhosen of the Swiss, or be a cowgirl (tho I always preferred Indians), or china doll or whatever depiction. Racist?! I sure don't see it that way.
