Everyone may respond a little different, but for me (highly sensitive to supps), it was extremely relaxing, even with the first dose. Toothpick for size reference. Do your research (PEA + effects on anandamide), and speak with your Dr, especially if you have preexisting conditions. This supp does what's advertised and is worth a try. I've been taking this for a year now. I have interstitial cystitis with hunners lesions, I have been in pain almost constantly for nearly 10 years because of it. For a year now (since starting this supplement) I have not had a single flare up. It took about a month for it to work, and about two months before I realized that it was a direct result of this supplement, because when I stopped taking it the pain returned. I started off taking two a day but now I only need one a day. If you have IC and notice a "flare" while taking this I urge you to invest in test strips. Every time I thought it was a flare since starting this it ended up being a real UTI. This has changed my life. I can be a real mom and wife again. I still avoid trigger foods, but mostly out of fear, even when I do mess up though I don't get pain from it. ❤️ Please give it a try. Just talk to your doctor if you are unsure.
