Wish I found this sooner.Comfortable to wear hold the cold for longer than other makes. Good quality and a good fit. Other family member with bigger head fits them.I've not put in freezer I store mine in the fridge and it gets plenty cold enough.What I like about it is that it looks like a plain beanie hat, I can wear it answering the front door and no one knows any different. Bit pricey than other makes but is worth the money.

This is a really great product. I’ve been keeping it in the fridge as other people advised and it really feels like a game changer. It provides a bit of compression as well as making your head really cool. It’s very comforting.The only thing I’d say is when you take it off your head feels really hot, so I’ve realised because it’s still quite cool if you just hold it next to your head for a little while, then your head will gradually just return to normal temperature. You can hug this also if you just want something cool to hold. I really recommend this.

Absolutely the BEST thing I've found to cool a meltdown. The pressure is helpful, and, as someone who's body temp rises rapidly in meltdown, it takes the heat right out of the moment. Really wish I'd tried this years ago. The relief is truly wonderful. Very easy to use, I keep mine in the freezer and just pull it on when I start to feel overwhelmed/dysregulated. It's lovely and soft, and once over the ears and eyes also reduces sensory input.The only thing I wish is that it could stay cool longer. I will be buying a second one so I can swap them out on really bad days.Also works on my migraines.

Easy to use., Keep it in the freezer it gets very, very cold. You do need to leave it for about 10 minutes before you can put it on so you don't get ice burn, and it lasts for about 20 minutes., very comfortable to wear not too tight. Numbs the pain really well, and bring high temp down. I actually find that this is probably one of the best wearable migraine relief products out there. Not the cheapest.

Amazing, this is such a good item ! Very comfortable and really helps with my migraines. Freezes quickly and last a long time. It does have a bit of a funny smell first out yhe box but im sure that will fade

Probably feel the same as others and wondering if this really works. Well I usually get a migraine every week and they can last 48hrs with nausea and sickness. I can end up taking 3 triptans. Over the last 4 weeks when I feel it coming I put on the ice beanie, it is freezing and gives a new meaning to brain freeze. At present I have had to only take 1 triptan for 2 episodes so I would definitely say they reduce the migraine massively. I know everyone’s different but I recommend trying it!

I've just bought this and it's brilliant. I have hydrocephalus and really struggle to cope in the hot weather. This cap worked to cool my head and relieve my headache within minutes. I'd definitely recommend it.

Very comfy but only lasts 10 mins before needing re freezing not worth the money tbh

This does what it should do, but it doesn't stay cold for as long as I thought it would at this price point.

Pleasantly surprised by this product I think the thing I like the most is that it actually tries to look like a beanie versus look like some kind of medical cat so I feel like I can wear it outside without it looking like a headache cap also, I love how this thing stays cool 24 seven and I could honestly wear it without ever putting it in the fridge. The gel is just super cooling and sometimes I wear even when I sleep because it feels really nice. The only thing I think I don’t like that much is that it has the ice beanie logo on it, which is fine because I know it needs to be there for marketing reasons, but someone who generally loves to design this and the functionality of this so much I would literally wear it out and the ice speedy logo. Kinda makes it look like it’s not just like a normal beanie so I wish it was a little more discreet like if you put a tag on it or something or I don’t know maybe the ice beanie logo like black on black instead of blue and black so it’s still there but like more discreet otherwise 10 out of 10 and it feels really nice and Cooling. And it looks like a actual beanie.

Ice packs a little hard at first but once they soften you can mold them to your head. I twisted the cap around until I got the ice just where I wanted it. The cap is a little big for me even when I moved the velcro adjuster but I always lay down when I have a migraine so it really doesn’t matter. This cap is way better than tying multiple ice packs on my head with scarves. I put the whole cap in a ziplock bag and keep in my freezer.

The hat size and material is good but unfortunately it does not stay cold for too long. The gel pads melt fairly quickly and so the purpose is defeacted.

good for overall headaches and fever...but doesn't cover all parts of the head...should have a cold band surrounding the forehead to the back, or a temple won't enjoy the relief.
