WHAT TO DO IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT BRUSHES. GET THE PACK - THEY LAST LONGER

I just received my brushes and have not used them to apply my make-up yet. I will review what I can right now. I will then update after I wash them, and after I use them.So a few details I must have and will be using to review these brushes are:1)MUST BE extremely soft bristles. Every-day use with a stiff/harsh brush will damage skin, cause wrinkles and dry skin. So if a brush is not unbelievably soft I will not ever use it.2) I CANNOT stand brushes that leave loose bristles behind on my face or stuck in my makeup. That is a deal breaker. UPDATE: I definitely got loose bristles stuck to my face. From 1-5, 5 being so many loose bristles I can't use them, I give these a 2. Not bad.3) MUST BE washable. There's no point in a brush if I can't clean it regularly. If it's not good quality it will fall apart when washing. UPDATE: I lost A LOT of bristles the 1st wash. So many I had to wash my wash pad to get them off twice before I got the brushes washed. Haven't washed them again to see if it's a problem. Might just be the first wash from the factory. I expected that.4)NO STREAKS. if a brush is not dense enough or too loosely bundled, it will streak foundation, not blend it into skin. UPDATE: I haven't used any brush for liquid foundation except the bigger oval brush. And it's my FAVORITE BRUSH EVER!! No streaks, no loose bristles.I'm going to wash them now. I will update each point under each as I go.So far I am giving these 4 stars. Only based on the softness compared to the price. For under $8 I never expected them to be soft so even if I only use 1 brush out of the set, it's already worth it.Oh! I can say right now that after pretending to use the brushes on my face, I will never use the smallest oval brush (which is supposed to be for concealer) to apply anything to my face. It is extremely rough, stiff and not good for skin. I think it will be perfect for removing dried blink marks left from mascara, but absolutely not going to use it for anything else. The rest of them are extremely soft though.FINAL REVIEW : for the price this set is amazing. Not the best quality, but for less than $8 definitely worth it. I recommend this set to someone looking for good brushes for really cheap.

I got a set of these for my daughter and she had an extra blush brush that she gave to me. I loved it so much that I ordered me a set.

I LOVE these brushes. They are just as soft as more expensive brands and yet can still blend well. Much like the ones created by famous makeup sister duo’s items. Yet you pay less and get more options.The only thing is it took me time to get used to the large oval foundation brush. But that could be just me.I say try these. They really are a surprisingly great product.

I just received this 6-brush foundation brush set yesterday, and I'm super excited. I've been using a beautyblender for a couple of years, and the last time I tried using a brush to apply foundation (many years ago), it was super streaky.I washed the brushes using lukewarm water and baby shampoo and let them dry overnight. This morning, dry, they were super soft and the smell from the packaging is gone.I decided to start with the paddle brush, and OMG I love it! I squeezed my Tarte Amazonian Clay foundation directly onto the brush, dabbed it onto my forehead, cheeks, and chin, and spread it over my face. The brush is incredibly soft and dense, and it leaves an amazing finish! I didn't need to buff it in/apply it in circles - just sweeping it across the skin from the center to the outside blended it perfectly.I followed with the large tapered brush for applying concealer under my eyes, and I'm not sure I like the finish. After applying it where I needed, I had to follow with the paddle brush to blur the concealer and get it to blend well. I finished by applying loose setting powder with a damp beautyblender.I'm excited to try the rest of the brushes and will try different techniques with the tapered brush to see if I can find one that works well.

I bought these brushes because they were on sale and I was just learning about using a brush to apply foundation. They exceeded my expectations. They are so soft and subtle. Blended my foundation perfectly! Would definitely buy again!!

This is the perfect set for the face - the box has a description for the different brushes. Handles are sturdy and I've used 3 of the brushes 3-4 times and not once has it shed a single hair. I like this even better than my Real Techniques brushes and at the price of Rs.999/- its unbeatable. Don't go for the lookalike brushes which are cheaper, but the handles come off, the brushes dont blend well.
