The received item has no paper included and it is similar shape but different brand. I returned the item.

the labels are high quality plasticy type material. the printer works great. but i wish it held more labels, and the app is not so perfect. the printer does not connect to bluetooth like a normal device... it will only connect through the app. so you have no choice but to use the associated app. the issue i have with the app is that you can't make the barcodes auto center when the upc you enter is a variable length, and you can't resize them to any size you want. there are preset points that it will jump to. i don't know why it has to be like that, and it's not ideal. most of the time, the barcode will jump from being too large, to being less than the full width of the label. there should be an option to make it auto-resize to the full available width.but overall, i still think it's a five star product. especially considering it's so small and inexpensive.

Something this simple should not be so hard to set up ... first, if you pick the wrong app (they look very similar) it obviously won't work. Also - phone only - my iPad just won't use the app. When trying to set up a label, if you make a mistake, you end up having to go back and start over - the app is not user friendly at all. I'm going to give it one more try today and if it doesn't set up simply and quickly, and if I can't get a simple label made, making it creative and my own design, it's going back.I'm done trying to not waste labels as they don't print in the right spot - even though the correct label is chosen in the set up, etc., It is going back if I'm not too late.

Easy and fun to use, although for the tech averse it will take a bit of tinkering with. You can attach a photo and never had to replace the ink since it's heat activated. What I am worried about is if you had the label exposed to summer heat in the garage for example. I also wished they come up with more fonts so you can make more varied, fun and whimsical projects.

I was very excited about this product when it arrived. It’s compact & ran of a free app on my iPhone. It worked great until it didn’t. :/ I’ve only had it since Feb 2021. Bought it solely to make barcodes. I used up the sample roll it came with and bought one extra roll as a replacement. I’m 1/2 way through the second roll and it’s printing sooooo light and faded now that my scanner can’t even recognize it’s a barcode. :( I’m reading it doesn’t take ink.... so appears there’s no way to change that out. Very disappointing. Glad I didn’t buy more label paper as that’s not the cheapest.

I just started using this label printer. It took me a little bit to figure out some of the options to use through the app, but the printer works great and I love the size of the labels and the choice of fonts. I am using this to label the aromatherapy products I make. It is very handy to make some quick labels for my products.
