I prefer to drink it cold and mix with other things that i drink daily. It has a nice flavor and is very smooth. Gives me a noticeable boost of energy along with the other well known health benefits. Very satisfied.

I was on the fence about spending so much money on a little tin of tea powder. But I read online that it wasn’t bitter which was the most important buying criteria. I had ordered another highly caffeinated tea that was so bitter. I had to throw that away at $40 a bag. When I first tried this I put in a tablespoon which was gross. Then I backed down to 1 teaspoon in 2 cups of hot water, with a little bit of agave syrup, and 3 tablespoons of half-and-half. And it is a phenomenal Matcha latte without using a lot of cream. I’ve been trying to get away from drinking coffee for years because a half an hour after I have a Spontaneous diarrhea and I didn’t want to do that to my body. It’s dehydrating. So I tried this - it gives me a steady caffeine buzz without the diarrhea . Mid afternoon I have another one of these, which takes me through the evening without the major spike and crash. I’d rather have two Matcha lattes with steady release of caffeine like this versus feeling like I wanna crawl into bed at 7 o’clock from crash of coffee. If you’re looking to get off coffee, I highly recommend this as an alternative, that doesn’t kill your digestive track. Lol. Also, I think I look younger. The skin around my eyes was looking very dry and crinkly from being so dehydrated from coffee. I will be buying this again. I’m getting it to other people as a present. Not many people spend this kind of money on the 10th of tea. But if you just use a level teaspoon, it does last a while.

I dont have any complaints. The taste is pretty good, value for the money is good, helps add a little pep to my step without any jitters or anything.

I've been drinking green tea for years and enjoy it, but recently I was introduced to Golden Herbs Matcha Tea and wow, it takes green tea to a whole new, wonderful level! Now, I thoroughly have green tea at its best. Love it!

I quit drinking coffee and started drinking this instead, love the taste with honey and oat milk definitely recommend getting the bamboo whisk if you haven’t already gotten one it doesn’t dissolve as good without it
