this is Fair priced for co q 10 GOOD PRODUCT. adults over 35 from what I have read should take this along with alpha lipic acid..thatis straight from the mouth of a Naturpathic Physician I spoke with 4 years ago..Take them together .. Lipoic acid re circulates othersupplements in your system...google it to read it for yourself how good a supplement a. lipoic acid is! co q 10 so good for cell renewal..Just a really important supplement to use regularly.

Pre-Emulsified, Bio availablility! As a Holistic Health Coach, this is the one I take, daily!
Don't let MRM's simple label design fool you. This is a great product! Fermentation is better to digest and more bio available, in this new wave of supplementation and vitamin branded products. This is a Pre-Emulsified Liposomal (PEL) delivery system form of fermented CoQ-10 that improves the absorption of the critical compound. CoQ-10 is a fat soluble compound that can have poor absorption when taken in powder form. Evidence has shown that pre-emulsified CoQ-10 delivery forms show increased absorption over powdered forms. As a Holistic Health Coach my suggestion is to continue to do more research as always. Consider MRM Nutrition's CoQ-10 for the naturally derived form of fermentation process as opposed to a synthetic form and the economical Price tag! This is the one I take daily!

I highly recommend
I've been taking this supplement for a few years. I was told that it is good to take CoQ-10 if you are on a statin medication. I can't say that the difference is noticeable; though I've had no adverse events or side effects. However, compared to other CoQ-10 supplements I do like this formulation and the capsules are very easy to swallow. The quality of the product has been consistent. I recommend this if you are looking for a quality CoQ-10 supplement.
