Bought this on 19July2026. Tried on 20July2026. The product has the following problems. 1. The item I received was not in a sealed condition. 2. The shaver is not shaving properly. We need to press too hard on the skin - that makes the skin burn. This can never replace or provide a solution to the three-blade system. 3. The side pop-up trimmer is useless since it closes on its own with a slight push or a small jerk. 4. The shaver is very heavy and makes excessive noise.

Trimmer me 0-5 mode hona chahiye, like Thin to heavy beard. Battery charging light continuing on, no idea how charged it is.
