The design is great and I get a lot of compliments . I love the remote and all its features. Customer service is quick to help and easy to deal with.

Fan looks good and is easy to install. Once I realized that the LED button on the remote had to be pushed on and off to get the right lighting mode it was even better.

It a stunning fan and very good for a regular sized bedroom. The light is brighter than I expected, which is great. Design overall is very good looking

Looks nice, easy to install, the only light setting that I like is the warm light setting, the others are ugly/not welcoming in a living room.

Once the unit was installed, we have been very happy with the look and operation.Only draw-backs is the following: The wall mounted plastic holster is weak, and it doesn't secure the remote, thus we can't use this feature.During install, the instructions state to hang the fan body using a hook inside the base (after base is mounted), but I found this difficult, and used a tie-wrap to create a loop to engage the hook and the fan body. Not the most secure method, but it worked with some care.

UPDATE I had to get AMAZON involved , they immediately sent me a pre-paid label and I got most of my money back from AMAZON. The seller said they would give me 30.00 if I deleted my comments. My comments are true and I hope it helps you understand how this seller operates.UPDATE: ( ZERO stars if I could)Seller sent a DC motor not a complete fan. I had to add 6 inches of wire to accommodate 20 inch down rod which they knew about in advance. The new DC motor performed exactly like the old fan. NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL. I asked about other options and they said that was all they could do. I believe the problem is the weight of the blades in relation to the size of the motor. I was willing to try the new motor. After seeing it didn't resolve the problem I asked for a refund. I was told there would be no refund but they would give me $50 to change my review. The seller was easy to work with but the out come is terrible. Unless you stand directly under the fan you feel no air movement. They are pretty unethical to dangle money for a different review. I told them to keep the money . AMAZON will be looking into this matter now.Fan looks great and very easy to install, but the amount of air coming off of it on high is terrible. Yes it’s in the summer mode not the winter mode . I can only compare it to the 5 other fans I have (none are this brand) and they all put out a lot more air on the same speed setting. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS FAN if you are looking for it to cool down your area.Not sure what the CFM’s are but it has to be very low.

It’s a nice looking fan and it was easy to install. Not that this is my profession, but I have been installing fans for a very long time now and like many other things, they have all gotten easier to install. I’ve also noticed that for the most part, the blades are fairly well balanced and typically do not need to be balanced after installation. This is not the case with this fan. I was a little surprised at this.The installation kit is complete. Three different down rods are provided, which is a plus. I hate to go back to the hardware store to get another one so having three to chose from right off the bat is a good thing. However, the tiniest wire nuts are in the kit. These must be the smallest ones on the market. So small in fact that they don’t fit on a twisted pair that includes a 14 gage wire (ceiling hot/neutral/ground), but they will fit on the two twisted 18? Gage wires on the remote control receiver.The remote control is also nice, however, functionally not the greatest. First, every time you select a fan speed or light brightness, it beeps. That’s annoying. Second, the light combo does not dim, but it does have three warmth levels, unfortunately, you have to cycle through them to get the one you want. Finally, while I hardly ever use them, I actually don’t remember ever using it, the remote control wall mount is useless. If you’re not careful the remote control will fall through. Not that I care as I don’t use it anyway, but for those who like these mounts, be aware.As far as value for the money is concerned, knowing what I know now, I probably would have bought one of the brands I typically do. While more expensive, at least I know more about them and what to expect. And this one is installed in the guest bedroom, so I’m not the one that’ll use it typically, so I’m not too bothered, and it does look nice.

Easy to use remote control and the fan has a lot of timer choices with clockwise and counterclockwise options . Installation was a breeze, (my hubby said it was, anyway😂), and there is no sign of being off balance. I love the very thick and sturdy fan blades, they will definitely hold up against damp Outdoor conditions. The design is very simple and I like the airplane propeller look it gives. The lighting is bright and cool and price was very afforable.

This thing has some serious power!! The last fan we bought was Hunter brand and it had less than half the air displacement this fan does, I was skeptical about the attachment of the wooden blades + their size at first thinking it may wobble/make noise but it is incredibly quiet. Remote is easy to use and responsive. Reverse function works great. Overall incredibly satisfied with purchase. Hoping it lasts a long time. Instructions provided were kind of wonky, I had a good laugh at the remote button 8 'simulate a human burglar lamp'??? hahaha

Great instructions, 3 different light modes, runs very very quiet, installed outside, nice looking, lots of hardware came with it, no balancing required.

Great colour, fast delivery, breezy and solid. Will definitely buy another unit.
