By no means a DIY product
Truthfully some of the reason for the 2 star review is my own fault, when I read that a power supply had to be purchased separately I did not thoroughly research said power supply and was very disappointed.I have done some basic home electrical projects (hung my own ceiling fans and recessed cans, for example), but this went above my head. It seems that this product should only be purchased if you're able to install during initial construction, otherwise I'm not sure how you would hide any power supply.Bottom line, take a look at my photo of the instructions and if you are not intimidated and know what you're doing, give it a try. If not, there are much easier to install LED strips on the market.

Shame on me for not reading the complete description! NO power supply! I have no idea what I’m to do with these lights.
