This engine air filter is wrapped in plastic and well made. It fit my 2018 Mazda CX-5 without any issues. Installation was also a breeze. This is my go to brand for cabin and engine filter replacements.

This is the way to go. Buy like 3 or 4 of these things and just drop them in your car after every service or every 5,000 miles. Never pay a dealer a ton of $$$ to do something so simple.
