Perfect! I ordered an XL and The size chart is true to the fit. I am a C-D cup before breastfeeding and o have some room to grow when the milk comes in. The collar stays up above your chest and flush to your skin but DOES pull down with ease to let your breast out for nursing comfortably. I am 5'7" and the length hits my knees which is great for the hospital. It's stretchy but not that slinky material that shows everything. It is very comfortable. I am nine months pregnant in this picture and plan to wear this now, postpartum in the hospital, and for nighttime nursing at home. It hangs off the belly slightly (which is good) you just can't tell in my sideways picture because I am pulling it right to accent my belly. About to order more!

This dress is everything!
I have to say, I fell in love with this dress about two seconds after taking it out of the package. I loved it even more after I put it on. The material seems high quality, is very stretchy and feels soft (but not so soft and stretchy that you'd worry about it forming tiny holes the way I have noticed with a lot of stretchy knits). The inside seams are finished very nicely and I haven't noticed any itchiness anywhere. This is great for larger busted ladies. The top is stretchy enough to double pump with this dress. It may run a little large, but in a good way. I am a 16/18 pre-pregnancy and got the XL and have lots of room at 7 mo pregnant. I wanted this as a birthing gown (rather than a nasty hospital gown), and this fits the bill. Great length, stretchy and soft, makes me feel very comfortable and even the pattern is cute (I got navy). I am pretty sure I could get away with wearing this to work paired with a cardigan, scarf and leggings. I'm trying to decide which color to order next. I would definitely recommend.

As expected in terms of sizing, quality. Cotton fabric more durable, flattering. Great for postpartum and nursing
I will agree with some concerns brought up from the other reviews- the color does seem like it would fade easily. However, outside of that this is a great dress/gown for $19.99. The fabric was a bit stiff before washing, but I wanted cotton because sometimes the rayon blends are very thin, and not flattering. I also followed the size chart (reluctantly- I am used to things running small), and glad I did. I weigh 210 lbs and am 5 6'' and DD, and ordered a size large. The dress is fitted, but does not look bad, and is not uncomfortable. This is what I expected for a size large (generally I would have ordered XL for this type of style, but wanted something to wear postpartum, too). I would order again, but I am not a huge fan of patterns, so am a bit limited there.

Fits a little big but that’s ok.
Comfortable fit for 8 mos pregnant so I know it will be comfortable post partum. I feel like it will cover me well enough. The sizing chart is helpful...I’m 5’7” 170s pre pregnancy and normally wear xl in boutique style clothing, but have found most maternity wear I do better in med or lg. I got a large based on the chart and may have been able to do a medium, but am happy enough with the fit as I know I will want looser fitting clothes post partum. The material is soft enough and the pattern is pretty enough. For the price and the fit I am happy with this purchas.

The length is great. The fabric is comfortable post-first wash (when I tried it on it was scratchy). The print is really pretty. My only issue is that the neckline is REALLY low. I know it is a nursing sleep dress but I really thought it would be more appropriate to wear at the hospital and have people like my PASTOR come visit but as my milk came in the more inappropriate it got. I am sure an inch of fabric wouldn’t have been hard and wouldn’t have affected the ability to nurse in it. The fabric is stretchy and the elastic helps make it easy to pull down. Most of the time I just take the both sides of straps off but the waistline elastic keeps th dress up. It is hard to maneuver if you are also wearing a nursing bra and my boobs have gotten so big that I need to sleep with support.

Comfortable, cute, convenient
The stretch pull down neckline is much more convenient than fiddling with fasteners. I bought this nightgown in two prints, and both were very cute. It's pretty comfortable, and the fabric is decently soft, though not as soft as some other pajamas I've worn. If you're really picky about having soft pajamas then this might not be for you and you might not like the gathering around the neckline... but I haven't had any trouble sleeping in it.Some reviewers called this a dress - I probably wouldn't wear it as a dress, but it is long enough and the the fabric is also thick enough that it is pretty modest and not transparent, so you could definitely wear it around the house or in the hospital and feel covered and comfortable.

Versatile piece for a busty new mom
I bought this to wear home from the birth center and I have worn it many times since. The fabric is soft and breathable but not see through. Washes well, no issues with shrinkage in the dryer, even on high heat. Easy access to nurse. The pattern is cute too (I got navy w/ trees) and I have worn this as a casual dress when out running errands.I purchased a large, which fit well at 40 weeks pregnant. I am 5'5" and weighed 197 pounds. It still fits well ( though a bit loose)1 month postpartum at 170 pounds. I especially like that there is plenty of room in the bust area for a larger chest. I was a 32DD before getting pregnant and have only gotten larger. It's nice to not feel like I am spilling out of the top portion, nor having to deal with tugging the seam below my breasts.

It is comfortable and the sleeves easily stretch to accommodate breastfeeding
Got one of these to wear during my hospital stay after delivery and my only regret was that I didn’t get two so I could have had one for both days I was there! It is comfortable and the sleeves easily stretch to accommodate breastfeeding. But, the best thing is that it’s modest, cute, and doesn’t look “pajama-ish” so I was comfortable wearing it in front of various visitors without feeling slobby or exposed. Also, since I still looked pretty pregnant after delivery, the empire waist helped me feel less self-conscious about my tummy. I’m 5’6” and wore a small pre-pregnancy. This comes just to the top of my knees and fits me perfectly. Still using it as a nightgown three weeks later!
