Is it brown rice flour, white rice flour or sweet rice flour or a combination of all three. cannot have brown rice flour.

The box just says maize starch, tapioca flour, vegetable gums and rice flour but it doesn't say if it's white or brown.

What is the percentage of maize starch per serving?

Sorry, I am traveling and am answering this from overseas so I don't have the packet in front of me. I like this flour when I can mix with buckwheat or other flours more than I like it on it's own, if that helps.
