Al inicio pareciera ensuciarse. Pero con agua corriente se vuelve a limpiar y queda blanco nuevamente. Me encantó que viniera con su base y recipiente para escurrir. El filtrado es rápido al inicio y después se detiene un poco para mi gusto muy bien. Y extrajo otro sabor del café que con otros Metodos no había percibido (cítricos).

USED FOR: Single cup brewing, served black.PROS: 1. Wonderfully mellow with a notable reduction in my coffee’s tanginess, even when brewing with bottled water. 2. Filters through incredibly quickly compared to paper filters. 3. Easy cleanup. No sloppy, dripping paper filters to the trash. I just used hot tap water (to avoid stressing the material with a rapid cool down) to rinse the mountain top side, and all the grounds rinsed right out with ease.CONS: 1. Does let more of the superfine coffee particulates through, that settle into a sooty layer at the bottle of the cup. Not an issue for me. Folks who enjoy their coffee with cream and sugar likely wont even notice a difference. 2. The saucer that it sits in gets pretty warm/awkward to handle in transporting while the filter itself is still hot. If there was a small handle, or a couple of winglets to allow for grasping with a cloth or paper towel, it would make carrying to the sink for cleaning less precarious. 3. Instructions are in Japanese only, though they do have pictures. Exercising some common sense and with some help from Google Translate, I’m sure people will manage to take care of their little Fuji-san just fine.

pour over coffee tastes fantastic. Tips out 95% of the grounds, wash off the rest.

This is the most beautiful coffee filter I've ever seen and so easy to use. I used a coarse grind so I went through a 12 oz bag of coffee with no clogging issue. Still works fine.
