Review: Extra Batteries - My husband does Historic Guided Tours where we live and has for several years. He loves this unit. Works very well. The ones we have are two years old and both batteries seem to be having issues.. We've tried to find the correct battery online.. I actually ordered one that came today and it's the wrong one.. Is there any way to order an extra battery or two after we place an order? We are going to have to order one for now and probably another at some point to have for a back up. Again, this is not a negative review. My husband has been very happy with these. We'd just love to find a way to get a few extra batteries.. Can someone from the company help us?

I worried about whether the sound would be enough to carry over traffic noise in a small town, but it worked great even with 100+ people in the group. I was careful to stand so the sound projected away from the street noise. Also, need to keep the mic close to your mouth for best sound projection. It sure earned it's keep this weekend! Great little tool, light, easy to carry and use.

**Q: how many watts 50 or 5 ?**
A: It must be 5. I am very disappointed in it. Not much louder than my reg. voice

**Q: Can you use a collar clip-on lapel microphone with it?**
A: Hi. My original answer above says that the lapel mics I ordered did not work. CORRECTION: The Pyle unit requires a 3.5MM *MONO* input for any type of microphone to work with it. It took me until this week to figure it out. I recently ordered a Sony handheld microphone with with a 3.5mm MONO plug. IT WORKS PERFECTLY! (Pyle, you should really state this in the manual and in the product details.) I've since ordered a lapel mic with the 3.5mm mono plug. You'll know you have the correct one because it will have only one black-colored ring on the plug.Amazon Customer said on September 24, 2016  |  Edit ---P.S. 3.5mm mono plugs are getting harder and harder to find, btw...so don't wait to get one!

**Q: What is the difference between the PWMA60UB and the PWMA50UB models?**
A: it appears that the 50UB doesn't have a USB input - so If you don't plan on using it for that, you could save a few bucks and go with the 50

**Q: What type of sound files does the USB port play from memory stick? Mine is not working with wma....Is it broke?**
A: My Pyle pro did not work  at all right out of the box. I waited to take it out of the box and then it was too late to get a refund. I was very disappointed appointed.
