Good attendance solution for small business
I purchased the ZKTeco MiniTA Touchless Face Recognition Attendance device for staff attendance management. The device is compact, professional-looking and easy to use. Face recognition works well in normal lighting and the touchless system is very convenient for daily staff attendance. Setup and connectivity are smooth, and it helps in keeping attendance records more organised. Overall, it is a practical and reliable option for salons, offices and small businesses looking for a smart attendance system. COMPLICATED INTERFACE WITH PATHETIC SUPPORT
The setup of the machine is complicated. The interface is not at all user friendly and you need to take special efforts to enter details and extract data from it. The machine uses wifi to communicate with the software installed in the laptop/computer. Once the software is installed the agent tells u few basic things and then you yourself have to explore the software. Adding schedule is trickery if you have employees coming at different shift timings. Editing the incoming time is a headache. Also the machine keeps recording when a employee passes in front of the machine. The solution provided to this issue is also not satisfactory. The attendance machine must have manual attendance recording feature too. The software support was below expectation. This machine does not connect to any android/ios system if you do not have a VPN. This is I was told by the customers service. So your employees can not check the attendance online. Complete waste of money and I do not recommed to buy this machine.

Best Access control for the price
Great product! Great customer service. The best part is the customer executives help you out with any issue that you may have. I did the installation on my own with an em lock and a push exit button. Great buy for attendance or access control

Excellent Product with Great Technical Support
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product with fast and accurate face recognition. Easy to install and use. Special thanks to Prachi from technical support for quick and helpful assistance. Highly recommended.

Bad Product - Not recommended
This biometric of this device doesn't work and it has costed me 6000 rupees. The device doesn't hold even 1 year. We have sent the device to Bangalore for repair and they sent us back but it still doesn't read face. - bad quality - price to quality ratio is bad - The software is also not user friendly - ZK - share some USER Key only if you write good reviews. Which is a unfair practice and not being honest about the bugs in the system.

Zkt device doesn’t give support from seller or Zkt company
We are unable to install and use. I called customer care , they are not able to support customer. Inside box there is customer care centre contact. But they don’t provide support for uae. They said they have fecility to support only for india and saudhi Arabia.
