Q: Can this be used to dry/remove oil spilled on a conveyor belt? We fill cuticle oil on a plate belt and the belt becomes slick from spillage.

Not what it is designed to do. Clean spill and absorb excess with dry material

Q: Would this work if injected into a patch of contaminated soil?

Yes, but there is a little more included. They will need to be activated with water first and then applied to the soil. our Ultra-Archaea stored in a benzonite clay, so if you don’t want the clay to get in the soil (shouldn’t be a problem for the soil, but you may not want it there) you can then use sprayers to apply them to the contaminated area. One thing to also keep in mind would be that they require oxygen and a food source, so to keep the area oxygenated (to do this, you can till the soil) and the food source would be the oil. Also, we suggest keeping the soil damp so that the colony of Archaea doesn’t dry out and die off.

Q: What is the expirering date on the actual product? 2018/05/14

Microbes that have yet to be activated have a 5-year shelf life. Once microbes are activated, the microbes will continue to work for up to three months before they begin to die off and need to be replaced.

Q: Can this be used on the floor a a former auto shop

This product is not designed for oil that has dried. We recommend you try the Ultra-Tech Oil Stain Remover.
