We recommend this to anyone who complains of a cold. Shortens life span of a cold considerably. No side effects. I have been using Kold Kare for several years. It works well if I feel a cold/sinus problem starting take these tablets for a few days and the cold/sinus never develops. The package arrived a week before the promised date.

We have been taking this product for years in our home. At the first sign of any cold, we each take a couple per day until all symptoms are gone - usually 2 or 3 days! This stuff is a wonder tablet. I think the last cold/flu I had was 2002!!! I can't explain how it works, I can only tell you that it does!!
