Okay, let me be honest here: I am NOT YET a tea snob and I am still learning about teas, especially Indian Teas, but I am fairly knowledgeable about Chinese Teas so remember what I am accustomed to while you read my review. The Tea that I ordered came the next day and it came in resealable, lined, paper packaging envelopes which is perfect for tea because it keeps the light out. When I first received this tea I opened one of the black Darjeeling packages and unconsciously compared the colors and leaves to Chinese Teas and made an immediate, and incorrect, judgement that these teas were low quality. I returned the tea to its packaging, tossed them in my pantry, and forgot about them until just the other day. I was looking for some Dancong and upon realizing I had drank all of my beloved Oolong Tea, I decided to try the black Darjeeling tea that I had preciously opened. FANTASTIC! That's what I can say about the black Darjeeling Tea that I brewed. The tea was clean in the mouth, very delicate, slightly floral and sweet, with no unpleasant after taste. I brewed the tea western style in a ceramic pot and added about 3.5 grams of tea to just over 8 ounces of water bringing the temp to right at 200 degrees. I will continue to update this post as I cycle through the rest of the teas.

I love the box they come it. Really classy. The most amazing aroma flowed out while steeping this tea. The tea has robust flavors. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She is a tea lover. She loves it!!! The closure is magnetic. This is good because when you open it up to bring your tea from the box, the container snaps back in place. The circle containers the teas are in attaches to the magnetic strip which keeps the tea secure while spooning it out. Loose tea leaves can be messy so again, the tea container stays in place while you spoon your tea out. 🙌🏾. You only need a little to experience all the flavor. It also makes your breath smell amazing.

I wanted to get something nice for myself, and at Christmas decided to browse the advertised oprah recommended items. This popped up in the list, I had never thought of buying loose chai. I had in the past considered making my own after my Indian coworker made amazing homemade teas for us, she even used to give me extra mix for home. At one point is considered making my own, but it just seemed like too much work. These loose teas were excellent, the flavors are strong, warm and cozy. It tastes comforting, and the are really easy to use. Pretty packaging too. I'd highly recommend and would purchase again (when I'm out).

Excellent favor and freshness. Maybe spend a big less on the container and bring the price down a bit. Like the loose tea. The concept is excellent hop you are successful!

I purchased this for someone as a gift, and she is really into good tea - often making her own herbal blends and/or 'upgrading' teas she purchases. These teas are among her favorites - flavors fresh and vibrant with a clean flavor. Well worth the money, and if your a tea drinker you will feel indulged.

This is so classy and beautiful, the box and tins are quality and useful later. The teas, all Chai, are delicious and fragrant. I live in Texas an dinsummer we drink iced tea. I used 3 tbs for a tea pot, about a liter, and the brew held up in flavor over ice. Just wonderful and would make an exceptional gift.

I'm a huge tea drinker and recently stumbled upon this tea via Oprah Winfrey's favorite things list for 2018. I am so glad I took the chance! I've purchased samples/reserves for all of the chai types. I've been happy with all of them so far! Strong, BOLD flavors. If you like your tea to be full of flavor, TRY THIS TEA! They have value priced tea sampler packs for just about all tea types. You won't be disappointed! Looking forward to trying out their green tea and turmeric tisanes next.

I am updating my previous 1 star review to a wholehearted 5 star review for Vahdam Teas. My mom was not a fan of the loose leaf chai tea set I bought her for Christmas, so someone from Vahdam reached out to see if they could send us another one of the tea samplers to try. Needless to say, my mom has been LOVING this sampler (it is tea bags instead of loose leaf) and says the teas are so flavorful and unique. Thank you to Vahdam Teas for their wonderful customer service!

Me ha gustado todo mucho. Los tres sabores son especialísimos y no sabría decir cuál me gusta más. La presentación es preciosa: el estuche es muy bonito y de buena calidad y las latas las utilizaré para meter más té y otras infusiones.

Ich habe mir diesen Sampler gekauft, weil ich zwar schon seit Jahren Unmengen Tee trinke, mich aber an schwarzen Tee nie rangewagt habe. Mit Darjeeling wollte ich anfangen und da war mir diese Auswahl den recht stolzen Preis wert. Und tatsächlich: Jeder einzelne Sampler ergibt ca. 5 Tassen, je nach Größe, und ist immer aufs Neue ein Geschmackserlebnis. Man schmeckt die einzelnen Noten und ich hab schon für mich herausgefunden, was ich mag und was eher nicht. Der Tee ist frisch und die Geschichte dazu überzeugend. Wer sich etwas gönnen möchte: Kaufen!
