Under Siege 2: Dark Territory [Blu-ray]

I don't care shoot me, but I think this movie is as good as or even better than the first Under Siege. Sure the movie is a little cheesier in some areas, but the plot and action is to me better than its predecessor. The fight scenes in the first film are in the dark and majorly censored. The fight scene with Tommy Lee Jones and Steven Seagal wasn't that great, really short. In this sequel there is plenty of more action, and the violence is not censored at all. This movie also marks the first out of 3 times that Morris Chestnut worked with Steven Seagal.The movie commences with a new satellite being launched into space. This satellite it seems is no ordinary satellite. Aside from viewing anyone, anywhere; it can be used as a potential nuclear weapon....Very original, right? This plot has been seen hundreds of times, particularly in 007 movies. Aside from its unoriginal "satellite" idea (that of course obviously falls into the wrong hands) it manages to be fresh and entertaining.Anyhow back to the plot of the movie, Segal once again plays Casey Rayback, now retired and out of the Navy is planning to get some quality time with his niece(Katherine Heighl) of course as all action movies go its impossible for our hero to have a nice time. Instead he has a nice bone crushing time. A cuckoo computer hacker and a group of mercenaries overtake a train and passengers, along with Rayback and his niece. The hacker it seems is the designer of this satelite...And guess what? That's right he is taking the control of El Satelite. his plan, to threaten the U.S. of possible areas where he may attack, this way he can get ransom and everyone lives happily ever after. Seriously though the movie is a worthy sequel that even though it may not be original it surely knows how to entertain in its guilty pleasure sense. Worth owning all the way.PERSONAL RATING: 4 OUT OF 5

Like all Steven Seagal movies this one had plentry of action and a fairly plausible story line.

この名作も今まで何度もテレビ放映されているが、今回DVDであらためて観て、この作品の素晴らしさを再認識した。スティーブンセガールの良さがギュッと濃縮された、今さら言うまでもないスティーブンセガールの最高傑作！だと思う。

If you like Steven Seagal and his action movies, you will like this one. It has all the ingredients where one hero tries tostop a bunch of mean terrorists from taking over a deadly killer satellite that has the death ray to wipe out installationsand other selected targets. Of course, these are US terrorists in this case, wanting a ransom of several billion dollars to stop their destructive rampage by commandeering a train to use as their mobile base to command the destructive powers of thekiller satellite Glazer One.

Bon alors Steven il est dans un train qui roule vite (d'où le titre français)avec sa nièce qui lui fait la gueule (c'est une adolescente) et des terroristes qui font exploser des trucs grâce à un satellite qu'ils contrôlent avec des ordinateurs, et que d'ailleurs au Pentagone on se ronge les ongles, on fume aussi, y a pas la loi Evin là-bas, parce que le satellite il provoque des tremblements de terre partout en un clic, même un avion il peut exploser en vol, c'est un séisme aérien, et Steven il a trouvé un bon pote black rigolo pour l'aider à tuer les méchants, d'ailleurs il y en a un il ne sourit jamais, terroriste, c'est un métier, et puis Steven on lui tire dessus, mais comme il a pas encore trop grossi, il passe entre les balles et après il joue son numéro d'osthéopathe hard en pétant plein de bras et puis au pentagone les gens applaudissent et la nièce, bien qu'adolescente, devient gentille avec son tonton qu'a sauvé la Californie ou le New Jersey, je sais plus, pour plus de renseignements, voir le site "nanarland"
