Well made with a few caveats
I'll break the review into 2 parts:The main tripodThe goose neck flex mountThe main tripod is good stable, light duty tripod. The ball head is plastic but good quality. The phone mount is also very good quality. It holds the phone firmly and is well built. It also has has screws to adjust the grip strength but I did not have to do any adjustments. The tripod uses rectangular telescopic tubes with fast clips. It has rubber feet. Holding it and using it gives a quality feel. It will work well with phones and camcorders and maybe even mirrorless cameras without heavy lens. The goose neck flex mount is a novel approach. It helped me position my phone and webcam in positions which otherwise might not have been possible. Definitely a good option for positioning phone closer to the ground. The flex mount is very sturdy and heavy quality. So much that if you fully extend it, it might throw off the tripod if it is not firmly held. You'll need to be careful with that. I was able to easily tip the tripod just by the weight of iPhone 11 with flex mount extended. Having said that, it does what it is meant for, very well. As long as you know how to use it and take all precautions, you'll definitely be able to derive value out of it.

The coil at neck bends with weight of phone
I bought this to use to film tutorials with my iPhone, so I needed it to capture my hands at work, but it's actually very difficult to use and doesn't help to get a good image frame. When you attach the phone to the tripod clip, the weight of the phone immediately starts to weigh down the coil supporting it, making your image slanted. The weight of the phone is also so much that unless you prop it just right (which usually doesn't result in a good image angle), the phone will pull down the whole tripod and fall over. It's really difficult to get the image in frame just right, and keep the tripod standing on it's own. Not a very great tripod in my opinion.

👍
When i wasn't satisfied with the product, the company made sure to reach out to me and help in anyway they could. I appreciate the effort they put into making sure they had a satisfied customer. Will be shopping with them again.

awful! buyer beware!
I never write reviews but this product was so bad that I felt I had to.First, while the legs of this tripod are sturdy enough, the flexible extender (that you pretty much need to angle your phone correctly) can easily cause the entire thing to fall down if it leans even slightly too much to the side. This means having to stop your shoot in the middle of everything to grab your phone before it crashes to the floor.Second, and most importantly, the phone holder WILL BREAK. This is the SECOND one I've had and both have broken in under a few months of use. I'm extremely gentle with the product, especially the second one because I know it can be fragile, so I know it's not me being rough. I'm just extremely frustrated with this product and I don't want anyone else to have to deal with this.Don't waste your money on this. Invest in a decent tripod that won't break or fall over.

Helps take great photos!
I decided to try out the tripod from ZOMEi. Upon receiving the item, it comes with its own carry bag, the tripod itself, a shutter button, a red holder for the button, the phone/tablet holder and a flexible stick. The connection between the shutter button and the phone is easy, which made it quick to take pictures. The tripod can be adjusted to 4 different heights just by adjusting the flip locks at each leg. The lock knob can also be adjusted to get your picture taken at the proper angle. In the instructions, it warns you that the tripod is made of conductive material, so be cautious when it comes to lightning situations. I do wish that the phone/tablet holder had an arm release button. Sometimes, when I'm removing my phone from the holder manually, I tend to hit the side buttons by accident. Overall, the tripod does what it was intended to do. I recommend this product to others!
