This trampoline is great! Very straightforward, and easy to assemble. The tool used for the springs was great, and helped a lot. The only downside would be the small handle on it. I can barely fit two fingers in it, and is too small to hold it with the whole hand. If you don't have a really good grip strength, it might take a little longer to hook up the springs. This can simply be fixed with a full size handle, and hopefully will be fixed for future buyers.

So the trampoline itself is great!!!! But it’s barely a year old and now there are 4 broken poles! One broke just a few months after having it. Not happy that I have to order so many new parts to order. The old style the net ripped before the poles broke.Edit. After a year and a 1/2 the mat ripped &&& we had to replace more poles! Ditching this and buying the old style. It cost more to buy the replacement parts and fix it then to buy a new trampoline. Plus I’m afraid if we did go in and fix the mat and the net more poles would break. I’m very disappointed with this purchase.

the tool the supplied for streching out the springs must have cost them 95 cents. I paid 800 dollars, you would think the tool would be of better quality. Good quality product.

This trampoline has been overall a good purchase, but one of the flex rods that supports the enclosure net snapped in half due to it being made of fiberglass. I have not been able to easily locate replacement parts for this, not even through the companies store on Amazon Skywalker trampolines can you please point me in the direction of replacement rods so I can purchase a few as the seem like they might break quite easily and we’ve already lost one.

I purchased this for my Autistic daughter who uses the trampoline to reduce stress. I have had to replace the legs twice now and have only had the trampoline for a year and a half. Prior to purchasing the EPIC, which I did because I thought it would be sturdier than the others, we had several of the cheaper versions. I NEVER had to replace the legs. I paid over $1,000 for it and only $300 for the others. Will skywalker help replace the parts or care about the poor manufacturing of this item? No! It has cost me about $600 to replace the legs. I am now needing to replace the mat, but I take that as wear and tear. Common Skywalker, these reviews are filled with unhappy customers about the legs. Do something.

Horribly built. All of the poles bent after 1 year and they would not replace them. Customer service was 0 help. DO NOT BUY!!!!
