How can this only have 24g of protein in the entire bag?

I really don't know what you're talking about, unless it is a misprint online. The bag says 1 oz. has 12 g of protein, 70 calories, and 2g fat. Your 24g number would be for 2oz. There are 16oz total in the bag; therefore, the total grams of protein in the whole bag would be 192g.

Peri Peri is different than Biltong. I would expect all of those ingredients in Peri Peri. It looks as if the label n the picture is from a Biltong package not Peri Peri.
