This is the most comfortable dental guard I have ever purchased. My dentist recommended that I get one since I grind my teeth at night and highly recommended this brand. I was hesitant at first since I thought it would interfere with my sleep, but I can barely tell it’s in my mouth at night since it fits so perfectly. The fitting process is very easy too and I just microwave it for a short period of time. It is a great deal compared to other brands and seems more durable too, I’m glad my dentist recommended this brand. A bonus is that I don’t wake my wife up at night anymore so I longer have to sleep in the guest room. I would definitely buy this product again.

So I got these because of the reviews and how they were “recommended” by dentists. But man I regret getting these I haven’t even used them yet these things are sized for children. There is no way these guards will provide any sort of safe coverage for my teeth, and it sucks because you can’t return it “50” bucks down the drain overpriced.

I have severe bruxism (clenching and grinding) and I have actually fractured my teeth because of it.I bought this because it said it was rigid, and easy to mold. Well...it is rigid enough, but it's too thick. I tried to heat and mold them 3x, one time after the other, and it molds pretty good on the front section, but will not budge toward the back teeth, both sides. I am still using it, but looking for a good replacement. I find that I take it out every night when I'm sleeping.I hope this helps you and good luck! 👍

I've tried a couple of different mouth guards for sleeping and I believe that this is the best one I've tried yet.The molding process was easy. I only trimmed a small piece of it afterwards. And then was able to sleep without it annoying me pretty quickly. As far as I can tell, there's no way I'm grinding my teeth with this thing.I'd recommend to anyone who is looking for a DIY custom solution that's a lot cheaper and just as effective as the expensive mouth guards that you can get from the dentist.
