An unfortunate product
Trusting the brand I made a mistake of buying this product replacing my 10 yr old Dell Latitude series only to realise my incorrect decision. Coming with a 4GB(non upgradable RAM) with a 1 TB HDD ( deadly combination) with a not so appealing display , a 7 day replacement warranty..so on and so forth.. everything went wrong with this purchase. I still believe this is not Amazon’s fault but a misguiding product manual given by Lenovo to Amazon. When a laptop is no good even for a kids zoom sessions with only MS office and browsing options and the speed is worse, I don’t think Lenovo has done any justice to a customer like me.

One of the worst laptop that I have ever used. Takes ages to start, hangs whenever it wants too. Do not waste your money on this like I did.

Never buy this
The day i bought it, i got pop up for win11 upgrade. I did it. Not sure if its win11 issue or the laptop issue, since then the lap top is Slow slow slow and very slow. I wasted my 30k. Other than os there is hardly anything in the drive that i have loaded with. So nothing left to cleanup. The laptop is lucky that I haven’t broken it yet which i felt a number of times !!!!

LAPTOP IS VERY SLOW AND HANGS A LOT.
IT LOOKS GREAT. SLIM AND CONFORTABLE TO CARRY. SCREEN IS GOOD. BUT THE LAPTOP HANGS A LOT AND HAVE SOFTWARE ISSUES. ANY PROCESS ON IT TAKES TIME AND LAGS A LOT. NOT YET INSTALLED SINGLE APPLICATION BUT FOUND IT IS LAGGING WHILE OPERATING. THIS IS NOT COOL FOR DAILY USAGE
