These are the cutting boards I bought for my son's birthday. He is extremely cross contamination tyrant. HE LOVES THESE!. He sets them on the counter with the knives set from Joseph Joseph and do they look sharp together. when I received these, the bottom part had broken, but they sent me free return shipping and I received a new one as soon as they had it available. Very good customer service. I would recommend this set to anyone, especially any one who is a cross contamination nut.

Looks good and i like the separate boards for different uses, but the holder is very flimsy

I ordered this product and it arrived with the base broken in pieces, I returned it and re ordered but the next one was also cracked around the base with no sign of damage to the box. The base is made of extremely brittle plastic and I suspect this problem probably persists in all of the bases.. I elected to get a refund and order a different type of board, it's a pity that the base is so flimsy because the overall appearance and design is nice.

This is a nice cutting board set. It is designed well and works as advertised. My expectations were a little higher because of the high price. — DESIGN — The design of this cutting board set has been well thought out. Each board has a little silver tab at the top that sticks out of the holder, each is marked with an image for its intended use: a fish for fish, ribs for meat, a steaming bowl for prepared foods, and a carrot for vegetables. Each board is also intuitively color-coded in rubber on its corners to mark its intended use: blue for fish, red for meat, white for prepared foods, green for vegetables. The reason for having separate boards is to not risk cross-contamination. The holder is a brushed-stainless-steel enclosure. All the boards are plain gray. They feel sturdy and strong. I used a really sharp knife to test it and it did make marks on it the first time I've used it, but again, it was really sharp. I'll update over time on how the boards hold up, otherwise, they do the job. The base of the holder is made of sturdy rubber so the entire thing won't move. In my kitchen, it looks nice, clean, and tasteful. Previously, I used thin plastic boards and put them on top of a bamboo board for support, but those were annoying to clean and wash as they are flimsy. These boards are sturdier and are very easy to clean in the sink. You can wash these boards and put them back in the holder immediately; there are holes at the bottom for water to drip down (albeit onto your counter), but it helps with air drying. The set takes up a little more space than my one bamboo board, but I have four convenient boards to use when cooking a big meal. — DESIGN CRITIQUE — My biggest issue with this is it's missing the features of the cheaper models. The other models have unique textures on each board. For the fish board, it has tiny bumps to help keep the fish in place; the vegetable board has an edge around it that allows any juices to stay within the borders; the prepared food board has grooves to help... do something; and the meat board has a tiny trough around the border for blood to fall in. Doesn't that sound amazing? Well, it's not in this 100 Collection model! I knew this before buying it, but it still annoys me and makes me wonder why they didn't include it, it would've been appreciated. What am I paying for here, to have fewer features when I'm paying more? — CONCLUSION — I bought this because it's part of Joseph Joseph's 100 Collection which is of higher quality materials and arguably better design. It is a bit overpriced in my opinion, but you know, gotta match my stainless steel kitchen appliances. Recommended. *** UPDATE *** After eighteen months of use, these are now my go-to cutting boards. Yes, there are a lot of knife marks on it—because this is a cutting board. I don't know why this is a surprise to some people. I've been delicate and tough with my cutting, and I don't have issues with plastic coming off. I treat my equipment as best as I can.

I had an issue with somebody stealing my package from my porch. I was upset because this was a wedding gift. Amazon sent me a new one in a flag and I was able to gift it for the wedding! My friend loves the product and is a happy bride! Thank you amazon!

I thought the plastic this is made of was more resistant to the knife cut foe the price. Looks fancy and everything but I'll probably have go buy new chopping boards soon

Absolutely love the design and style of this! It doesn’t take up much space either which is fanatic for my small kitchen. No complaints here.

El juego de tablas luce de maravilla, el material de las mismas parece ser muy resistente, se ha rallado ya un poco con el uso aunque considero que es normal. Lo único que me preocupa un poco es la base; la parte de hasta a bajo es de plástico y el set es un poco pesado por lo que hay que ser muy cuidadoso con ella o quizá esa fue la impresión que me dio pues tras comprarla me llegó rota una esquina de la base por la que tuve que pedir que me la cambiaran (eso fue muy rápido, fantástica su atención al cliente). Este set hace que algo tan simple como unas tablas de cortar pasen a ser un detalle de encanto en la cocina. Las recomiendo.

LOVE this cutting board set and it looks so good on the counter! Have a very nice set of knives and happy this cutting board doesn't damage them. They do mark up but better the board having damage then your knife set. Plus when it's in the cover you can't tell. The fingerprint-proof stainless steel is perfect too

El producto está súper bien diseñando, pero la verdad no es de la mejor calidad. Me esperaba algo más duradero. Después de un par de semanas se nota mucho las ralladas. No lo recomiendo mucho.
