Can I customize the badge with my own colors and logo? Or do they arrive as pictured in green?

The name card comes in white so they can be customized.

can you write a name on a card?

The cards come as full sheets that can go through the printer. Avery has templates that allow you to place the names correctly. I use another desktop publisher for this, but that is just me.

The description says "rigid plastic" but the image shows "soft plastic." Which is correct?

Rigid enough to hold their shape but soft and flexible enough for you to slip your name taps into them. they work very well.
