What is this made of?

It's some sort of heavy duty smooth plastic. It does not actually say in the details of the ad. Easy to wipe clean and dry. It was difficult to put together, but has been working well in the bathtub in the A frame configuration

is this product made in China, USA?

NOT USA. I believe it was made in Chine. Mine broke as soon as I was setting it up so I looked on the box and it did not say.

How long are the rods?? Measurements say 6” but that’s definitely when disassembled.

The rods are 25" long and overall it is 27" wide. It just barely straddles my tub when lying flat (for drying sweaters, etc.) It folds to about 4" including the feet and fits nicely between my washer and dryer when it's not in use.
