Large capacity, easy to use and take apart to clean. It greatly reduced the work of making applesauce. I cleaned the screen twice processing 4 quarts of cooked apples.This is a huge improvement over the one I bought in the canning area at the farm store. I wish I'd bought it years ago!

This food mill worked great for turning blanched tomatoes into a puree. It was great for canning!

I almost did not buy this mill because some reviews said that it spatters food. I did not find that to be the case. It is a beautiful object, very sturdily made and easy to assemble and clean. It made perfect applesauce. My only criticisms are that the handle is a little uncomfortable to hold and, especially given the price, this mill should come with three sieves like every other mill I researched. I ordered all three of the other available discs.

I paid the higher price for this model hoping the quality would be worth it, and although it just arrived today it certainly seems like my grandchildren will get a chance to try it (my kids are 12 and 9 now). Nice solid, well-designed product that did a beautiful job on today's applesauce. My daughter loved how easy it was to turn the nice big handle and that we only had to put the apples through once to get the job done, not multiple times like my old plastic one this replaces. Well worth it.

Out of the box and into production in 30 seconds, didn’t even need the instructions. Very intuitive build, easy to assemble and disassemble. Did the job great.

I expected so much more from this super-expensive replacement for the old food mill I inherited from my late Swiss mother-in-law. I went all out and bought the three extra disks for it, and I can say that except for the largest (8 mm) one, which does produce good spaetzli with a bit less mess than the traditional spaetzli-maker, all are a disappointment. The main problem seems to be that the blade doesn't come very close to the disk, with a separation of at least 2-3 mm, so the food doesn't really get pressed down to the holes. The result is always a lot of unprocessed food, especially anything even a little fibrous. It doesn't even make decent mashed potatoes.

Ich habe mir das Gerät hauptsächlich wegen der anfallenden Mengen an Brombeeren gekauft. Dasist zwar etwas Arbeit da Brombeeren ca.20% Kerne enthalten aber dafür erhält man einwandfreiesFruchtmark,nicht nur Saft.Wenn man die Handgriffe zur Reinigung des Siebes im Griff hat und ein Spülbecken in der Nähe, hat man die erforderliche Menge für Marmelade schnell zusammen.Sehr gutsind auch Soßen zum Eis. Qualität und Funktion von RÖSLE Produnkten braucht es keine Aussage.

Putting cooked raspberries through a sieve to make purée for ice cream was getting annoying. This is a game changer. It does the job in a fraction of the time and with less effort and, in my case, less spillage. Great for making fruit purée, smooth tomato sauce and so on. Feels like it will last forever.

Enfin un article de très haute qualité……très facile d’utilisation……et de nettoyage
