I received this product on 11 of Jan, used it less then a month and today it suddenly stopped working. Return window is closed but I would like to return it

This thing is powerful! It’s got a very strong flow, so I would not recommend it for fish, but it is fantastic for my turtle! It’s also super easy to take apart and clean, which is great. The suction cups are strong enough to hold up to my turtle’s constant meddling. It’s small, compact, and unassuming, but gets the job done with great gusto. It’s super quiet, which is amazing considering it’s effectiveness. I 100% recommend this for turtle owners. I’ve had it for awhile now and it’s the best filter I’ve used yet.

I ordered the large filter for my 33 Gallon aquarium. I have been using it for a month and a half and have to say it is worth the money I paid for it. The filter is very quiet and sleek. I have rinsed the filter once after doing a partial water change and within a few hours the water was crystal clear again. I have used Whisper brand before and this filter is far better. I do notice that its intake is not overly strong, but its flow is pretty strong. If you adjust the flow of the stream properly, the stream in the aquarium does allow for the removal of debris properly. Adjust the stream to point at an angle to get a nice current in your aquarium.

As someone who's a light sleeper, I needed a very quiet filter for my bedroom tank and I'm very pleased with how quiet it actually is. Almost inaudible if anything, a very low humming sound if you listen for it.The flow of the outtake by default is set to MAX but can be adjusted, though it took a bit of fiddling to figure it out. You have to extend the outtake tube, pull that part off completely and give the nozzle a good twist until it starts clicking (Requires a bit of force). Once it's set to your desired flow just push the extension piece back into the outtake tube. It's nice that the whole outtake tube can swivel and rotate as well.This filter is pretty compact but spacious enough to fill it with your own bio media and sponges. If you go that route, make sure that the bio media doesn't shake around otherwise it'll make an annoying rattling sound when the filter is running. A bit of poly-fil to fill the gaps works wonders (Keeps the water clear too!)Overall, this filter is working perfectly in my 10 gal and my betta and other fish seem happy with the adjusted flow.
